Burrito Loco is a Mexican kitchen built around one idea: guests create their own burritos and bowls, in six quick steps, exactly the way they like them.
The menu keeps things simple and loud. Five proteins, from bean & cheese and veg crumble to pulled chicken, pulled pork and beef barbacoa. Fresh toppings, house salsas and five sauces that run from jalapeño lime aioli to ghost pepper ranch.
Bold colour and a skull with burritos for eyes make the counter easy to spot from across a food hall.
A red counter wrap carries the logo and the brand’s floral pattern. A green step strip walks guests through the build, from base to sauce. An Order Here sign and two menu screens finish the station.

Every protein on the menu also comes as nachos, topped with queso, pico de gallo and jalapeños, with guac or extra queso on request.
Chips & salsa and side nachos turn any order into a combo with a drink. Guacamole, queso and extra sauce are sold as add-ons.
The Walking Taco shows how an LTO runs: one hero item, one poster, one clear price point. Grab. Mix. Munch. Your way.
